Official hotel prices per night incl. breakfast:*

The hotel is located at the Venue.
The hotel is located close to shopping possibilities.

Accommodation request must be submitted by Monday, 8 September 2025.

  • Bookings entered later than September 8 cannot be honored. Reservation and cancelation deadline expires by September 8.
  • Please remember to book your transport pick up from the airport on arrival. Transport request must be submitted by Friday, 26 September 2025, click here (retur til oversigt, knapperne)
    • Complimentary transportation will be provided by the organiser between the official venues (apply only for participants who stay in official hotel(s) and who have made their booking through the official Badminton Denmark booking system. Participants who arrange accommodation themselves (not using Badminton Denmark booking system) are responsible for their own transportation): Competition venue, official hotel(s), practice venue (if separate from the competition venue).

Booking procedure:

  • Please inform us the exact dates you need rooms, how many rooms etc.
  • After submitting a booking request, you will receive a confirmation and at this point you will be asked to fill out all names of persons staying in the rooms.
  • If we are fully booked on the available hotels before the deadline, other hotels will be made available.
  • Bookings entered later than Monday 8 September can only be honored if available and can be subject to a price increase per room per night.

 

Booking conditions:

  • The hotel invoice for the total stay shall be paid upon booking.
    • A credit card will be required as payment when booking is completed.
    • A credit card will be required upon arrival as security for extra charges.
  • All bookings are final, and refunds after this is not possible.
    • Neither in case of Injuries, visa problems or sickness etc.
  • Generally, departure or transfer to another hotel must be completed before 12.00 o’clock on the same day.
  • All damages to property of hotels or venues shall be charged to the relevant National Federation and payment in full is expected.
    • It is prohibited to use any kind of cooking appliances inside the hotel or in your rooms.
